Robert Rossman

Founder / CEO

With over 20 years of experience in the tire industry, Robert has experience in passenger/light truck, off-the-road, commercial and industrial tires and tubes. He has held positions in retail, commercial and retread operations for OEM manufacturers like Bridgestone/Firestone and Goodyear. Robert has managed distribution centers for several tire distributors prior to his enlistment in the U.S. Air Force after 9/11.

Robert is currently a senior non- commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an instructor boom operator (in-flight refueler) on the KC-10A aircraft, where he has logged over 4000 hours of flight with multiple combat sorties in conflicts in Southwest Asia and the Middle East. He holds a BA in logistics from American Military University.

Jon Prenzler

Co-Founder

Jon has over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and project management in the aerospace industry, working with Loral Space Systems and UTC Aerospace Systems. His unique experience in quality assurance with large government contracting operations, was a perfect fit for the creation of Veteran Tire and Rubber, where he oversees product quality and government procurement.

Jon was a noncommissioned officer in the United States Navy as a gunner’s mate, operating and maintaining various advanced weapons systems on destroyers. He has served on combat warships in various operations/deployments around the globe, including Southwest Asia and the Middle East. He has a degree in business administration from Sacramento State University.
